Returns & Refunds

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as received. Please include your order confirmation or email receipt.

How to Return
Please email us first at info@artimele3d.shop to receive an RMA and return address. Return postage is customer-paid.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (timing depends on your bank). Partial refunds may apply for items not in original condition. Expedited/priority shipping fees are non-refundable after dispatch.

Cancellations
Because each crystal is custom-made, email info@artimele3d.shop as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

  • If production hasn’t started, we’ll cancel for a full refund.
  • If already in production or ready to ship, cancellation may not be possible.

Missing Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived by its ETA: 1) check the carrier tracking; 2) ask neighbors/building office. If still missing, contact us within 48 hours at info@artimele3d.shop with your order number.

Damaged Items
Open and inspect upon delivery. For damage, email photos of the crystal, inner packing, and shipping box within 48 hours to info@artimele3d.shop. Our team (9:00 AM–9:00 PM ET) will arrange a remake or replacement.

Remakes
We remake items that arrive damaged or with an engraving defect. Design adjustments made to improve 3D clarity (cropping/contrast/cleanup) are not defects.

Exclusions
Gift cards/promo cards are non-returnable.
